Financial difficulty

Financial Distress

At HSBC Amanah, we're committed to helping our customers overcome any short or long term financial instability they may be experiencing. If you're having difficulties making your payments, we will work with you to develop a personalised debt payment plan that suits your needs and budget. Whether you have questions about your mortgage or your unsecured debts, our team of trained and dedicated Debt Management Officers will help you find a solution to fit your needs.

Supporting you through the tough times

We may be able to alter your current payments based on your current budget, for example reduced payment amounts, profit adjustments and payment extension periods. The type of assistance we are able to provide will vary depending on your individual circumstances and our Debt Management team will aim to provide you with temporary relief from your payments.

HSBC Amanah will give genuine consideration of any request and collections activity will be put on hold during our assessment process.
