Redemption steps

Step 1: Sign up an EasyParcel account.

Step 2: Key in the coupon code HSBCFREE3DOM on My Coupons Page to claim it.

Step 3: Book for domestic shipment via any of your preferred courier at EasyParcel.

  • Limit to 1 redemption (3 complimentary shipments) per user.
  • Applicable for parcel delivery up to 3kg within Peninsular Malaysia (subject to postcode availability), excluding those orders booked via API.
  • Applicable for one domestic shipment per checkout only.
  • This coupon will not be returned when there’s any shipment cancellation.
  • This coupon is strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

3Unlock RM10,000 EasyParcel package promo rate from RM2,000

  • Flash Express promo rate valid till 30 June 2022.

  • Once the promo rate duration ends, user's EasyParcel account will switch back to the member rate. A new top up will activate back all remaining credit inside the account to the new promo rate.
